This product is guaranteed for a period of 5 years to the original purchaser against defective materials or faulty workmanship. Under the guarantee we will repair or replace at our option this product or any component found to be defective.
Terms & Conditions:
• All products should be installed in compliance with current water regulations by a fully qualified plumber and access should be allowed for maintenance.
• All products should be cleaned and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. See the “Looking after your Lefroy Brooks Product” leaflet enclosed with your new product. For gold plated products only warm water and washing up liquid should be used for cleaning.
• The guarantee does not cover faults caused by incorrect installation, neglect, misuse, wilful damage, wear & tear or inappropriate cleaning, failure to follow any recommended instructions, damage from lime scale or water content and other events outside the manufacturer’s control.
• No costs for replacements or labour will be repaid under this guarantee unless prior written agreement has been obtained from Lefroy Brooks.
• This guarantee does not cover any claims for consequential losses or damage.
• The guarantee is not transferable and covers the original purchaser only.
• Ex display units and re installed items are not covered.
• All claims should be made through the original supplier and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
All products should be carefully inspected prior to installation and if any faults are found the product should be returned for exchange and not installed.
Note: Gold is a soft metal and can be easily scratched or worn away particularly if incorrectly cleaned; because of this gold plated finishes are only guaranteed for two years.
Due to continuous product development we may not be able to provide a like for like replacement for a faulty product throughout the guarantee period. Should this be the case we will supply the nearest equivalent from the then current range. Under these circumstances we are not liable for any re-fitting difficulties or installation charges.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
